First, you must be at least 18 years old — accounts cannot be created under any circumstances for those below this age, and any violation of this condition will result in the immediate closure of the account and forfeiture of all balances.

Each person may hold only one account. Any attempt to create multiple accounts using the same name, mobile number, email address, or payment account will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

The information provided at registration — your name, mobile number, and date of birth — must be accurate and truthful. Registering with false or fabricated details will cause verification issues at withdrawal and may result in your account being suspended.

• Keeping the account password secure is entirely the account holder's responsibility
• Your account must not be shared with or used by any third party
• If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, contact Megawheel Support immediately
• Selling or transferring your account to another person is strictly prohibited

Megawheel strives to make the deposit and withdrawal process as straightforward as possible. However, certain rules must be followed to ensure the security and financial integrity of the platform.

The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once. Before withdrawing bonus funds, a specific wagering requirement must be met — typically 30x the bonus amount. A time limit applies for completing the wagering requirement.

• Changing your registered details after claiming a bonus may result in the bonus being cancelled

Once a bet is confirmed in Sports Betting, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Where the cash-out feature is available, you may cash out within a specified window — however, this option may not be available for all matches or bets.

If a game or round is not completed due to a technical issue — such as a server problem or mid-game disconnection — the bet for that round will be voided and the amount returned to your account. Results of rounds that have already been completed will not be affected.

Prize amounts in jackpot games change in real time. Identity verification may be required after winning a jackpot, and for large prizes the process will be completed within 30 minutes to 2 hours.

Megawheel is committed to maintaining a fair and secure environment. Certain activities are strictly prohibited, and any violation will result in immediate action.

• Multiple accounts: Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. All accounts will be closed and balances forfeited.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to misuse or abuse bonus benefits is strictly prohibited.
• Arbitrage betting: Placing bets on multiple outcomes to guarantee a profit is strictly prohibited.
• Software Usage: The use of auto-bet bots or any other automation software is strictly prohibited.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for illegal money laundering is prohibited by law and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Cyber Attacks: Any attempt to compromise the security of the platform will be subject to legal action.

If any of the above violations are proven, Megawheel reserves the right to close the account without notice, forfeit the balance, and take legal action if necessary.

You can close your Megawheel account at any time by contacting support. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account. Any active bonuses will be cancelled upon closure.

Megawheel may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• If a breach of the Terms & Conditions is proven
• If KYC verification is not completed or incorrect information is provided
• When a Security Risk Is Identified
• Following extended inactivity (typically 12 months)
• Following a Self-Exclusion Request

Megawheel reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, a notice will be sent to your registered email and the update date will be noted on the website. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
